What kind of trampoline should I get?

JumpSport ALLLL the way! They are the sturdiest, quietest, safest fitness trampolines on the market. I use the 250 but I have clients jumping for joy for the 370 PRO and the 230F but you can’t go wrong with any JS trampoline.  Check all of them out below!

What’s this rental program?

Glad you asked.  If you live in the NYC/NJ area, I offer a risk free, 8 week trial of your very own JumpSport trampoline.  I will personally deliver a trampoline to you and for just $15 a week, you can discover first hand the amazingness of bounce cardio on a JumpSport trampoline (the Ferrari of fitness trampolines).  You can cancel at any point but if you love it (and you will), you can use the rent you’ve already spent (up to $120) towards the FULL purchase. So the trampoline you bonded with stays yours forever! #truelove

Where are your classes done?

For now, all content is VIRTUAL! I have a library of pre-recorded classes ranging from Basic to advanced and 10 mins to 45 min classes.  These links can be played at any time so you control how and when you bounce…all from the comfort (and safety) of your home!

Do your downstairs neighbors hate you?

NOT AT ALL. In fact, throughout my time bouncing in a creaky, 5th floor, pre-war, NYC apartment, my neighbors haven’t made a peep with all my bouncing. A JumpSport trampoline has 6 legs which evenly distribute the weight of your bouncing across the ground.  Stick a yoga mat, rug, or sturdy padding underneath and it’s virtually silent.  No hate mail from neighbors…unless you’re blasting the music from my class!


I’m not as spry as you…can my body handle this?

I totally get how my pictures and content can seem a little intimidating.  But I promise, there is a class and a level for everybody.  Whether it’s an injury, joint pain, bone deterioration, or just a general fear of the unknown, bouncing is a safe way to conquer all those inhibitions. The research behind the benefits of bouncing is endless and even NASA uses bounce work to reverse osteoporosis and rebuild the bones of their astronauts post space missions! And they usually know what they are talking about….

As long as you have been given a THUMBS UP by your doctor, YOU CAN BOUNCE!


What exactly is included in my membership?

With a basic monthly membership, you will get access to ALL Bounce By Elena virtual content to view at your convenience as well as new content dropping every week! In addition, you’ll get a complimentary 30 minute zoom session where we talk about all things YOU and Fitness. We figure out goals, go over your background, and figure out how to make this program work for YOU. It’s all about you, my friend!

What can I expect with each class?

I offer LOTS of different classes for ALL fitness levels! Most of the BBE classes are dance based, where we learn a routine throughout the class and then run that routine until there’s nothing left to sweat! Here are the descriptions of each of my classes below!

Cup of Coffee (10 mins):Just like the beloved cup of coffee, these quick 10 min classes are all about just moving and waking your body up! Light bouncing will help promote blood flow throughout the body and warm up the muscles for everything the day throws at you. Practice the basics, maybe sweat a little, and then grab a real cup of coffee to start your day RIGHT!

Basics (30 mins): Welcome to some long distance bouncing! Let’s start to break in your body and trampoline with light routines that help develop the part of your brain that learns choreography. If you are new to cardio, make sure you do a couple Cup of Coffees (maybe even 2 back to back) to get your big ole heart ready for a half an hour of cardio!

Beginner (30 mins): You’re moving on up! The fundamentals are in your bones and now you’re ready for some longer and slightly more difficult sequences!

Intermediate (30 mins): Time to get spicy! Tempos are going to pick up and sequences become more intricate. Be prepared for a little bit of a learning curve from beginner but trust you can handle it if you’ve made it this far!
Advanced (30 mins): Damn! You know how to BOUNCE! Get ready for faster beats, tricky combos, and learning routines FAST! Brain and body will be put to the test!

45 Bounce Blast (45 mins): Let’s heat it up with bouncing AND weights! Let’s add some arms and abs and other sculpting surprises to your class so you rrrrreally feel the burn!

Quickie (20 mins): no warmup, no cool down, just bouncing so you can get in, get out and get on with your day….ya know, like a good quickie should be ;) Generally intermediate/advanced routines. **Please be sure to warm up/cool down on your own!!!
