Who is this Elena chick?

I’m a Broadway performer who knows a thing or two about entertaining and breaking a sweat. When not on stage, I’m putting my 10 years of competitive gymnastics to use in the fitness industry. Name a group fitness class and I’ve taught it!

With Bounce by Elena, I’m your teammate, your coach, and your support system. I want Bounce to be your cup of coffee, your night cap, your GO TO form of fitness. With Bounce By Elena, your workouts can be something to look forward to and can be a productive way to work some sh** out!
